The following items are non-returnable: opened or used Gourmet Fruit Gummies, Aromatic Oils, Botanical Body Balms, or Gourmet Pet Treats; items marked as final sale; and any products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by hi TribeTokes.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, in which case hi TribeTokes will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
